In 1991 Bezhuashvili graduated from Kiev State University, Institute of International Affairs, majoring in International and Comparative Law.

In 1997 graduated from Law School in Dalas, USA.

In 2003 graduated from Harvard University, USA, John F. Kennedy School ofPublic Administration, majoring in Administration.
