The Georgian Vice Prime Minister, Foreign Minister has met the German Federal Chancellor's Adviser on Foreign and Security Policy

In the frames of the visit to the Federal Republic of Germany, Georgian Vice Prime Minister, Foreign Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili met German Federal Chancellor's Adviser on Foreign and Security Policy Christoph Heusgen.  
 
Discussions focused on bilateral and multilateral co-operation between Georgia and Germany, on Georgia’s integration with the European and Euro-Atlantic structures, on the achieved progress and priorities, on the current situation in Georgia’s occupied territories, on the regional stability and security environment and challenges related to them.   
 
Giorgi Kvirikashvili underlined the importance of Germany’s support in the process of implementing Georgia’s European and Euro-Atlantic aspirations. In the context of bilateral co-operation, particular emphasis was put on the enhancement of trade and economic relations, on the German business circles’ interest in Georgia’s economy and in the potential of the region as a whole, as well as on the importance of investments.
