The Georgian Foreign Minister has met the Estonian Parliament members

Georgian Foreign Minister Mikheil Janelidze met the members of the Estonian Parliament participating in the Batumi International Conference “Georgia’s European Way” - Chairman of EU Affairs Committee at the Parliament of Estonia Kalle Palling and member of the Parliament Kate Pentus-Rosimannus.
Discussions focused on the bilateral relations and fruitful co-operation between the two countries nearly in all spheres, including the spheres of defence and cyber security, education and culture, tax reforms, strategic communications, etc.      

The Estonian side positively assessed the current process of reforms and once again expressed the readiness of Estonia to support actively Georgia on its path towards the European and Euro-Atlantic integration.    

It should be noted that the Estonian Parliament was the first among the parliaments of the EU member countries, who ratified the Association Agreement between the EU and Georgia.  
Talking points also included the visa liberalisation process. The Estonian Parliament members
underlined that the visa-free travel with the EU will promote people-to-people contacts, business ties intensification and cultural rapprochement.
