Mikheil Janelidze has met with the Indonesian Industry Minister

24.01.2018, Davos - Georgian Vice Prime Minister, Foreign Minister Mikheil Janelidze held a meeting with Indonesian Industry Minister Airlangga Hartarto.
The sides discussed the increasing level of co-opertaion between the two countries and agreed to further deepen trade-economic co-operation and sectoral links.

According to Mikheil Janelidze, Georgia’s priority is to further develop trade-economic ties with South-East Asia – being one of the rapid growing economy in the world. Georgia is interested in the further development of relations with Indonesia – one of the leading states of the region.

Mikheil Janelidze brought to the attention of the Indonesian Industry Minister Georgia’s priorities during its chairmanship of OGP.

According to the sides, both Indonesia and Georgia represent leaders in their respective regions and both countries are interested in the further development of bilateral relations between the two countries. The Ministers said that 30-day visa-free travel granted to Georgian citizens will make a considerable contribution to the improvement of co-operation in the areas of economy and tourism.
