The Georgian Vice Premier, Foreign Minister participates in the conference “Georgia’s European Way – Ensuring Regional Security”

13.07.2017, Batumi - The Georgian Vice Premier, Foreign Minister participates in the 14th international conference - “Georgia’s European Way – Ensuring Regional Security”.
 
Mikheil Janelidze will deliver a speech at the session “Georgia, Regional Stability and European Energy Security“.
 
On the sidelines of the Conference, the Georgian Vice Premier, Foreign Minister will hold meetings with members of the European Parliament, ambassadors at large of the Eastern Partnership, Bundestag delegation, EU Ambassadors, European Commssioner for Energy, Alternate Foreign Minister for European Affairs of the Hellenic Republic, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Czech Republic and Secretary of State for European Affairs of Poland.
 
On 13-14 July 2017, Batumi will host the 14th Annual International Conference – “Georgia's European Way – Ensuring Regional Stability”, which has been traditionally organised by the Office of the State Minister of Georgia on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration.

The Conference will draw particular attention to the main topics of the European Agenda, including Europe’s current security architecture and new forms of cooperation between the EU and its associated partner countries, emphasizing the role of Georgia in ensuring regional stability.
 
The Conference will be opned by Georgia’s State Minister on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Victor Dolidze. President of Georgia Giorgi Margvelashvili, Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili, Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, Maroš Šefčovič – Vice-President for Energy Union and Vice President of the European Investment Bank Vazil Hudák will also deliver introductory remarks.
