Mikheil Janelidze has hosted United Nations Permanent Representatives

9.05.2018, Tbilisi - The Georgian Vice Prime Minister, Foreign Minister Mikheil Janelidze received United Nations (UN) Permanent Representatives from Congo, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Sri Lanka, Uruguay, Benin, Namibia, Saint Lucia, and Zambia ,who arrived in Georgia from 5 to 12 May.
Discussions during the meeting focused on the issues relating to Georgia’s foreign policy priorities, its reform agenda and the human rights and security situation in Abkhazia and Tskhinvali Region.
The Minister thanked the ambassadors for their visit to Georgia and for their support of Georgia in international formats.

During the visit, the foreign diplomats met separately with President Giorgi Margvelashvili, Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili and Parliament Speaker Irakli Kobakhidze.
