Georgian national flags are flying at half-mast on Georgian embassies abroad

8.08.2019 - Georgian national flags are flying at half-mast today on all diplomatic representations of Georgia abroad to commemorate the eleventh anniversary of the Georgia-Russia war.
Georgian embassies will organize a series of events during the month to mark the coopation of Georgia’s regions by Russia and the international community’s support in this process.  
Georgian national flags will also fly at half-mast on 7 and 8 August on all government buildings across the country to commemorate the five-day war between Russia and Georgia in 2008.
