A citizen of Georgia planning to travel to the Republic of India is required to apply for a respective visa (tourist, business, or any other type of visa)

Visas are issued by the Consular Service of the Embassy of the Republic of India in Yerevan (Republic of Armenia).

Visa application forms to be completed at:

A list of documents to be submitted to the consular service:

  • Invitation notarized;
  • In case of personal invitation – documents indicating the inviter’s status;
  • 1 biometric photo taken during the last 6 months;
  • Letter from the employer translated into English and notarized (indicating the applicant’s position, salary, duration of employment; the employer’s guarantee that the applicant will be restored to his/her position of employment after return to his/her country of origin);
  • Retiree (retirement certificate and retirement account number);
  • Pupil/student (certificate of the education institute);
  • Proof of financial support (e.g. employment income of the last 6 months, credit card and bank account statements, etc);
  • Ticket and hotel reservation;
  • Minor (parents’ consent granting permission for their minor child to travel to the Republic of India);
  • Passport valid for the next 6 months;
  • Consular fee;
  • Tourist Visa: 23800 Armenian dram;
  • Conference visa: 47600 Armenian dram;
  • Business visa: 71400 Armenian dram;

Each applicant is required to file documents in person with the Embassy of the Republic of India in Yerevan.
