​The Georgian Foreign Minister has met with his Luxembourgian counterpart

The Georgian Foreign Minister met with his Luxembourgian counterpart. The meeting between Ilia Darchiashvili and Jean Asselborn took place within the framework of the UN General Assembly.
 
The sides noted the successful cooperation between the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and Georgia, including Luxembourg's strong support for Georgia's European and Euro-Atlantic integration, as well as for its sovereignty and territorial integrity. The Ministers reviewed the opportunities for the activation of bilateral relations and especially emphasized the possibility of expanding trade and economic ties, considering that Luxembourg is among the top ten countries to invest in Georgia.
 
The Ministers paid special attention to the possibilities of cooperation in the field of transport and logistics and expressed their readiness to promote the involvement of representatives of relevant sectors in this direction.
