On 29 April 2025, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Aleksandre Khvtisiashvili, participated in the 6th session of the Georgia–Hungary Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation.
In his remarks, the Deputy Minister highlighted the positive dynamics of bilateral cooperation between Georgia and Hungary, emphasizing the importance of high-level visits. He also expressed gratitude to the Hungarian side for its strong and consistent support of Georgia on its path toward European integration.
Aleksandre Khvtisiashvili also drew attention to the upcoming Georgia–Hungary Governmental Summit to be held in June of this year, noting that the summit will serve as an important platform for deepening bilateral political and economic cooperation and for strengthening the strategic partnership between the two countries.
