Aleksandre Khvtisiashvili has met with Vice President of Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Business Delegation

On 8 April 2025, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Aleksandre Khvtisiashvili, held a meeting with Hassan Al Hashemi, Vice President of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, who was visiting Georgia accompanied by a business delegation.

The meeting was also attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to Georgia, Ahmed Al Nuaimi.

During the discussion, the parties expressed satisfaction with the positive dynamics of economic cooperation between Georgia and the United Arab Emirates. They underscored the importance of the Free Trade Agreement in promoting bilateral trade relations and expanding business ties. The conversation also touched upon prospects for implementing joint projects and investments across various sectors of the Georgian economy.

Hassan Al Hashemi noted that Emirati companies are particularly interested in exploring investment opportunities in Georgia’s agriculture, transport, logistics, real estate, and renewable energy sectors.

Both sides agreed to maintain close communication to facilitate the implementation of the projects discussed.
