On 5 July 2024, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Vladimer Konstantinidi, attended the opening ceremony of the 24th International Folklore Festival in Inegöl, Türkiye. He was accompanied by representatives of the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara. The festival is organized by the " Inegöl Caucasian Folklore and Culture Society" and the Georgian Historical Diaspora.
During the event, the Deputy Minister addressed the audience, highlighting the successful Georgia-Türkiye cooperation and the importance of deepening relations through similar events.
During his visit, Vladimir Konstantinidi held bilateral meetings with several officials, including the Governor of Bursa, Mahmut Demirtaş; the Mayor of Bursa, Mustafa Bozbey; the Governor of Inegöl, Eren Arslan; the Mayor of Inegöl, Alper Taban; Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Yavuz Uğurdağ.
During these meetings, the parties discussed the prospects for enhancing cooperation and strengthening people-to-people relations between the two countries, expressing their commitment to continued active collaboration in this direction.
