On 24 September 2025, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Maka Botchorishvili, held a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Maxim Ryzhenkov.
The parties discussed issues of priority for both countries. The conversation addressed regional developments and challenges, underscoring the importance of ensuring peace and stability as prerequisites for sustainable development.
Particular emphasis was placed on the occupation of Georgia’s regions by the Russian Federation and on the importance of supporting Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
The discussions also covered matters related to trade relations.
