The newly appointed Resident Representative of the UNDP in Georgia has presented his letter of credentials to Lasha Darsalia

During a meeting on August 20, 2024, Douglas Webb, the newly appointed Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Georgia, presented his letter of credentials to Lasha Darsalia, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia. Douglas Webb has held the position of Resident Representative of UNDP in Georgia since October 2023.

Following the credential presentation, the parties discussed UNDP's ongoing activities in Georgia and explored future plans, including potential directions for collaboration to be included in the upcoming UNDP Country Policy Document (CPD).

At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties reaffirmed their commitment to continued close cooperation.
