Giorgi Zurabashvili has Met with the Ambassador of Israel to Georgia

On 8 September 2025, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Giorgi Zurabashvili, held an introductory meeting with the Ambassador of the State of Israel to Georgia, Walid Abu Haya.

The First Deputy Minister congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment and wished him success in his future diplomatic activities.

During the meeting, the parties discussed current issues of the partnership between Georgia and Israel, as well as priorities for future cooperation. The traditionally friendly relations between the two countries were highlighted.
At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides reaffirmed their readiness to continue close cooperation in bilateral as well as multilateral formats.
