Maka Botchorishvili Meets Hans Kluge, Candidate for the Position of Director-General of the World Health Organization

The Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Foreign Affairs, Maka Botchorishvili, met with Hans Kluge, a candidate for the position of Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO).

During the meeting, the parties discussed cooperation between Georgia and the World Health Organization. Particular attention was paid to the healthcare reforms implemented in Georgia.

Hans Kluge presented his candidacy and outlined his vision for the Organization’s future activities to the Minister.

Maka Botchorishvili reaffirmed Georgia’s readiness to continue its active cooperation with the World Health Organization.
