On 18 December 2025, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Aleksandre Khvtisiashvili, met with civil servants visiting Georgia on a study programme.
The Deputy Minister congratulated them on the successful completion of their course and presented them with certificates. Deputy Minister highlighted the importance of sharing experience and fostering connections among young civil servants from different countries.
Hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, the Capacity Development Programme (CDP) titled “Strengthening Global Connections through Public Sector Development” was organised to reinforce Georgia’s global role and deepen cooperation with partner states.
With a view to sharing Georgia’s successful experience, the project hosted 22 young civil servants from countries of the African region in Georgia from 8 to 18 December.
Within the framework of the programme, meetings were held with representatives of Georgian state agencies along with study visits to various ministries, where participants took part in training sessions.
