Maka Botchorishvili has held a Meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait

Within the framework of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Maka Botchorishvili, held a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait, Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya.

The two sides discussed the broad spectrum of cooperation between Georgia and the State of Kuwait, including the exchange of high-level visits.

The conversation covered bilateral relations in the areas of trade, investment, and tourism, and highlighted the initiative to establish a Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation. Emphasis was placed on fruitful collaboration with Kuwaiti investment funds, along with the growing potential to strengthen trade ties between the two countries.

The parties also reviewed bilateral relations in the fields of education and culture. The strengthening of people-to-people ties and the increasing number of visitors from Kuwait to Georgia—facilitated by regular direct flights—were positively assessed.
