Within the framework of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, Georgia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Maka Botchorishvili, held a meeting with the Secretary General of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), Feridun H. Sinirlioğlu.
The discussion focused on ongoing cooperation between Georgia and the OSCE, as well as the Secretary General’s upcoming visit to Georgia. Special attention was given to the situation in Georgia’s occupied territories.
The parties underscored the OSCE’s vital role in facilitating the peaceful resolution of conflicts, particularly in its capacity as co-chair of the Geneva International Discussions and the Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism (IPRM) in Ergneti. They emphasized the importance of keeping the issue of Georgia’s occupied territories prominently on the OSCE’s agenda.
The meeting also addressed developments taking place within Georgia and avenues for cooperation with OSCE participating States and institutions.
