On May 25, 2023, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Khatuna Totladze participated in the event dedicated to the Constitution Day organized by the Polish Embassy and addressed the audience.
The Deputy Minister congratulated the Polish people on the Constitution Day and wished them prosperity and success.
In her speech, Khatuna Totladze emphasized that Georgia and Poland have always strived for freedom, and this common aspiration brought the two countries very close. He spoke about the common values between the countries, on which Georgian-Polish relations stand. He remembered President Lech Kaczynski, who stood by Georgia in the most difficult period, during the 2008 war.
Khatuna Totladze noted that Georgia and Poland continue to further strengthen cooperation, which was confirmed by the recent visit of Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau to Georgia.
The deputy minister once again emphasized the importance of Poland's support for Georgia's sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as Georgia's European and Euro-Atlantic integration.
