Lasha Darsalia meets with Frank Tressler Zamorano, Secretary-General for Foreign Policy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Chile

On the margins of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Lasha Darsalia, held a meeting with Frank Tressler Zamorano, Secretary-General for Foreign Policy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Chile.

The sides discussed opportunities for developing relations between Georgia and Chile, including deepening political dialogue, economic ties and cooperation in multilateral formats.

The sides positively assessed the existing cooperation and underscored the importance of maintaining high-level contacts.

The meeting also covered key issues on the international agenda. The sides expressed their readiness to maintain active communication between the two countries.
