Newly Appointed WHO Representative and Head of Country Office in Georgia Presents Letter of Credence to Director of the Diplomatic Protocol Directorate

On 18 September 2026, the newly appointed Representative of the World Health Organization (WHO) and Head of the WHO Country Office in Georgia, Dr. João Joaquim Rodrigues da Silva Breda, presented his letter of credence to Zurab Darchiashvili, Director of the Diplomatic Protocol Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.

During the meeting, the parties discussed active cooperation between Georgia and the World Health Organization, as well as planned projects.
