Ilia Darchiashvili has met with the Canadian ambassador

On 19 May 2023, a meeting was held between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Ilia Darchiashvili, and the Ambassador of Canada to Georgia, Jamal Khokhar (with residence in Ankara).

At the meeting, the sides paid special attention to the Georgia-Canada bilateral relationship characterized by Possibilities of deepening cooperation in various fields were also discussed.

Canada's ambassador to Georgia, Jamal Khokhar, once again confirmed Canada's unwavering support for Georgia's Euro-Atlantic integration, sovereignty and territorial integrity, and expressed the readiness to continue and further intensify the fruitful cooperation between the countries.
