The Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Maka Botchorishvili, Meets with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yermek Kosherbayev

On 29 June 2026, as part of the official visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Foreign Affairs, Maka Botchorishvili, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yermek Kosherbayev.

During the meeting, the parties underscored the significance of establishing a Strategic Partnership between Georgia and Kazakhstan during the Prime Minister's forthcoming visit to Kazakhstan, noting that this marks the beginning of a new chapter in Georgia-Kazakhstan relations and will foster comprehensive cooperation.

The parties discussed prospects for the further development of bilateral relations. The importance of maintaining dialogue at the highest and high political levels.

Particular attention was devoted to cooperation between Georgia and Kazakhstan in advancing the development of the Middle Corridor, as well as to strengthening trade and economic ties between the two countries.
