The Diaspora Forum - "Strong Diaspora in the Service of the Motherland" continues. On June 28, 2024, at the event, children from the diaspora who won the competition announced as part of Mother Language Day were awarded.
On 27 June 2024, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia opened the forum dedicated to Diaspora Day, titled "Strong Diaspora in the Service of the Motherland." The event featured addresses from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Ilia Darchiashvili, as well as the Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, the Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia, Shalva Papuashvili, the Chairman of the Diaspora and Caucasus Committee of the Parliament of Georgia, Beka Odisharia, and Metropolitan Andria of Gori and Athens.
