Khatuna Totladze

Biography

Born on 18 February 1980 in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Professional Experience

Since 17 November 2014, she has served as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.

From 2012 to 2014, she held the position of Director of the International Law Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Between 2007 and 2012, she served as Deputy Director of the International Law Department.

From 2006 to 2007, she was Head of the Treaty Division within the International Law Department.

From 2005 to 2006, she served as First Secretary at the International Law Department, and from 2003 to 2005, she held the position of Attaché at the same department.

Between 2002 and 2003, she worked as a Specialist at the Foreign Policy Research and Analysis Center.

From 2007 to 2008, she engaged in teaching at the School of Law, Caucasus University.

Since 2004, she has been a Visiting Lecturer at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.

Education

In 2002, Khatuna Totladze graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University with a degree in International Law.

She is the author of nearly ten academic publications.

Khatuna Totladze holds the diplomatic rank of Minister Plenipotentiary.

She is proficient in English, Russian, and French.

She is married and has a daughter.
