On the margins of the Dubrovnik Forum 2026, the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Foreign Affairs, Maka Botchorishvili, met with the Regional Director for Europe of the World Health Organization, Hans Kluge.
During the meeting, the parties reviewed the existing cooperation between the Government of Georgia and the World Health Organization.
Special note was taken of the World Health Organization’s significant technical assistance in supporting the implementation of a number of major reforms in Georgia. The role of this cooperation in advancing and successfully implementing the country's primary healthcare reform was also highlighted.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue their close cooperation on priority issues in the field of healthcare.
