The Newly Appointed Ambassador of France has Presented Copies of Credentials to the Director of the Directorate of Diplomatic Protocol

On 8 September 2025, the newly appointed Ambassador of the French Republic to Georgia, Olivier Courteaud, presented copies of his credentials to the Director of the Directorate of Diplomatic Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Zurab Darchiashvili.

Following the ceremony, a meeting was held between the parties, during which they discussed current issues of bilateral relations. Particular attention was devoted to the prospects and potential avenues for the further development of cooperation. The longstanding historical ties and friendship between Georgia and France were underscored.
