The Newly Appointed Ambassador of Hungary Presented Copies of Her Credentials to the Director of the Diplomatic Protocol Department

On 9 September 2025, the newly appointed Ambassador of Hungary to Georgia, Petra Ponevác-Pana, presented copies of her credentials to Zurab Darchiashvili, Director of the Diplomatic Protocol Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.

During the ceremony, the parties reaffirmed the strategic partnership and close cooperation between Georgia and Hungary, both bilaterally and within multilateral formats. The discussion also addressed prospects for further deepening relations between the two countries. It was underscored that the sides will continue to actively cooperate in this regard in the future.

Zurab Darchiashvili congratulated the Ambassador on her appointment and extended his best wishes for success in her future endeavors.
